Humps

Well, i was riding a jeepney at 11 pm...

Sobrang dilim.

Then in an intersection, tumingin ako sa bintana...

"Ang pangit naman ng lugar na to..."

Pag tawid, may nakita akong fastfood resto...

Then I realized na yung pangit na lugar na yun e yung isa sa mga pinakapaborito kong intersection... (Yeah I'm weird, i have my favorite intersections)

Napaisip ako...

We all see something... But there are hindrances para makita natin yung totoong value nya...

Mga bagay na nagclocloud sa ating paningin...

We all have biases, and prejudices.

Just like how the night and the limited view of the jeepney affected my view of my fave intersection.

if we are free from these biases and prejudices, makikita natin yun totoong value ng isang bagay.

Well, napaisip lang ako... :)

P.S. Bakit Humps ang title? Habang iniisip ko kasi to, may dalawang lalaking naguusap about "humps". :))
